The Kahuna Business Group Service Department is here to provide parts and nationwide service to
you whether you lease, own, or rent your ATM. We also have a full inventory of receipt paper
and ribbons for Tranax, Triton, and Tidel ATMs.
We have the distinct honor of being ASP Level 2 Certified from Tranax International Technologies and
offer component repair on Tranax machines at our facility. This allows you to have parts of your Tranax
ATM repaired at a much lower cost than replacing the entire component. We offer this service with a 24-48
hour turn around time from the time we receive your part at our office,
minimizing the downtime of your ATM.
Technical service for your ATMt is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer on-call technicians
who are available to help you diagnose and, if possible, fix the problem with
your ATM anytime.
We do not require you to be a current customer of Kahuna Business Group to take advantage of our low cost
receipt paper and services. We can charge your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American
Express) or send the items COD to you.
We offer walk-in service repairs and parts pickup by appointment.

**All parts used in repair or refurbishment are charged at distributor level prices. It is like
being direct with the manufacturer and getting the lowest possible part prices.
**All labor is charged with a 1 hour minimum and 15 minute increments after the first hour.
